TIG Welding: Refined Precision and Sustainable Results 

TIG welding, which stands for “Tungsten Inert Gas”, is an advanced method characterized by its concentrated arc and accuracy. This method involves the use of a stable electrode of tungsten or a tungsten alloy. A short circuit between the grounded workpiece and the positively charged electrode generates the heat.

MIG/MAG Welding: Modern Technology for Qualitative Welding 

MIG welding stands for “Metal Inert Gas,” and MAG welding stands for “Metal Active Gas”. These are the most common welding methods in a variety of applications, including car and automotive body sheet repairs. A MIG/MAG welder consists of a power source and a feeder, which can be either integrated into one unit or separate. The feeder will advance a wire electrode/cored wire electrode, through a hose package to a welding gun. Also, creating a protective atmosphere around the welding arc requires a gas bottle with shielding gas.

Plasma Welding: A High-Performance Welding Process 

Plasma welding is an advanced process similar to TIG welding, but with some distinct advantages. A key difference is the use of both an internal and an external gas nozzle to create and protect the arc. 
In the inner nozzle, the plasma gas circulates around a centred tungsten electrode. At the same time, the protective gas flows through the outer nozzle, which provides the same protective function as in TIG welding.
